When I made the first post of 2013 yesterday, I was actually kind of scared that I wouldn't have something to update you all on everyday and would basically let this fall apart again! I am determined to not let that happen even if the post is just something small, but anyways, that thought was put to rest when I walked into my counselor at lunch today. Basically had a mini heart attack when she told me that I still needed to take six classes to fulfill the 30 credits needed to graduate. Obviously that was a mistake but I swear to God if I go up to get my diploma and they are all like "lol just kidding" I will punch someone in the face!
That wasn't the only encounter of "let's hope this day is almost over". I was driving home from the orthodontist today and let me tell you, I was ready to rear end a couple of people. This one guy was sitting at the light and it turned green and he was just sitting there on his phone. Literally the entire light. I wanted to honk but me being the 'angel' I am didn't want to bring attention to myself.
Oh and this freaking poop-on-a-stick decided to drive fifteen miles under the speed limit like seriously are we learning to drive? No? I didn't think so.
But on a brighter note, I found two songs that I am absolutely in love with so go check them out!
Feel Again has such a fun sound to it, we were listening to it before my television broadcast group did our live morning announcements! It just puts you in such a bright mood and makes you want to dance around and be happy! It is a great upbeat song that just gets you wake up!
Merry Go 'Round is actually a country song! I heard it on the way home from the ortho appt! If you really listen to the lyrics, just wow. I honestly have this song on repeat right now because you honestly just have to listen, it is probably my favorite song right now. It is so powerful and really shows the flaws in society I believe! Go listen!
